Questions people ask before paying

Do I need a credit card to start?

No. The free tier needs nothing but an email, and there's no trial that quietly starts charging you.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Cancelling takes effect at the end of the billing period you already paid for, and you keep access until then.

What are Insights?

Insights are the credits that power AI-generated practice and arcade games — roughly 4 per game and 3 per practice session. Free accounts top back up by 4 a day, to a maximum of 30 held at once; paid plans get 200 or 500 a month.

Does one plan cover all my children?

A single Core or Max plan covers one child. The family plan is the one that covers up to three — that's the whole reason it exists, and you can move a single plan between children from the parent dashboard.
